TRIVETO MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (MAP) POLICY

1. Purpose of Policy

This Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy is designed to protect the brand value, maintain fair competition

among retailers, and ensure consistent pricing across all platforms. By following this policy, Triveto aims to

support its retail partners in sustaining healthy margins and preserving the premium image of our

Mediterranean-inspired kitchenware products.

2. Definition of MAP

“Minimum Advertised Price” (MAP) refers to the lowest price at which Triveto products may be publicly advertised.

This includes, but is not limited to, online stores, websites, printed materials, email marketing, social media, and

third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or Etsy.

3. Scope of Products

This policy applies to all Triveto products unless otherwise specified. A current MAP schedule or wholesale price

list will be provided to retailers and updated as necessary.

4. Prohibited Practices

The following practices are considered violations of this MAP Policy:

– Advertising Triveto products below the set MAP.

– Displaying “strike-through” or comparison pricing below MAP.

– Using phrases such as “add to cart for lower price” or “call for price” to bypass MAP.

– Bundling products in a way that results in an effective advertised price below MAP.

5. Permitted Practices / Exemptions

– Retailers are free to sell Triveto products at any price in-store; this policy only applies to advertised prices.

– General storewide promotions (e.g., “20% off all purchases”) are permitted, provided they do not specifically

single out Triveto products below MAP.

– Clearance or discontinued items may be exempt if approved in writing by Triveto.

6. Retailer Responsibilities

Retailers are responsible for ensuring compliance with this policy across all advertising channels, including

websites, affiliates, social media, and third-party platforms.

7. Enforcement & Consequences

Triveto will consistently enforce this policy. Violations will result in the following actions:

– First Violation: Written warning.

– Second Violation: Temporary suspension of supply or wholesale discount.

– Third Violation: Termination of wholesale account.

Enforcement is non-negotiable and applied equally to all retailers.

8. Unilateral Nature of Policy

This MAP Policy is unilateral and not subject to negotiation. It is not an agreement between Triveto and retailers,

but a condition of maintaining an authorised wholesale relationship.

9. Policy Updates

Triveto reserves the right to update or modify this MAP Policy at any time. Retailers will be notified of changes via

email or through the wholesale portal.
