These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made with Triveto.

By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in place at the time of your purchase will apply.

Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to replace or refund if you change your mind. We will offer a

replacement or exchange if the product is faulty or has a major problem. This is when the item:

– Has a problem that would stop someone from buying the item if they’d known.

– Is unsafe.

– Is significantly different to the sample.

– Doesn’t operate as it should and cannot be fixed.

Proof of purchase is required such as your receipt.

Pricing & Orders

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of incorrect pricing or

suspected fraudulent activity.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Due to differences

in displays and materials, colours and textures may vary slightly from images shown online.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays

caused by courier services, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated during promotions or offers.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

Returns & Refunds

We are committed to providing quality products. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please

contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds or replacements will be processed once the item is returned and inspected.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or normal wear and tear.

All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Care Instructions & Usage – Wooden Products

– Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth and dry immediately.

– Do not soak in water or place in the dishwasher.

– Avoid prolonged contact with food or liquid to prevent staining or warping.

– Keep away from direct heat sources and do not place in the oven or microwave.

– To maintain the natural finish, you may occasionally condition with a food-safe mineral oil.Care Instructions & Usage – Ceramic Coasters & Trivets

– Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth. Mild detergent may be used if necessary.

– Do not place in the dishwasher or soak in water, as this may damage the cork backing.

– Suitable for hot and cold drinks. Trivets are safe for hot pots, pans, and dishes.

– Avoid dropping or knocking against hard surfaces to prevent chips or cracks.

– Store flat to maintain durability and avoid warping of the cork base.
